Too much micromanaging in some areas.

It is easy to find close friendships within this company, that is the only positive thing I obtained in my 4 years of service for Harrison.

Upper management has strong micromanaging challenges. No one is willing to listen to you unless you conform to everything you are being told you have to do (even if these things are going to hurt you or bring you down as an employee). The pay is an absolute joke, there is no pay scale at all. They do not do annual raises, so as the cost of living increases your pay unfortunately stays the same unless you threaten to leave. There is no room for growth if you are not willing to give up most if not all of your personal time. This company expects you to put your work life before your personal life with absolutely no incentive to do so.
