Nice people working around, great work culture

No cons. Everything seems fine to me

I'm not sure there were any.

This was the worst job I have ever worked. I did not feel adequately trained and was talked down to whenever I would ask where something was located or if there was a certain protocol to follow. I often questioned my own capabilities because I was only ever belittled and had motives questioned. I generally get along easily with coworkers but it felt very cliquey and upon hire, I quickly realized I was a bit of an outcast. I know I'm a hard worker and have been applauded by all other employers for my work ethic and going above and beyond for my patients. I left work every day feeling defeated. I quit after about a year because it was not sustainable for my mental health.
