I get to work on many projects that are different. Meeting new interns and team leads make my job challenging. At any given time we can be researching electric charging stations or revisiting ways to update our existing design plans. Many times our current community of tenants even say hi to me. I like not having to commute to work. The best part for me is the way everything comes together and my coworkers care about me. I realize that some reviews are not real like fakes with hateful comments- no one I work with is a bigot or racist. No job is perfect, At times it can be frustrating to figure out an answer when a tenant gets angry with me over not getting their way on something.

I wish our office were bigger with more team members. I miss some of the good team members who have gone to bigger companies. I wish management would not put pressure on us to always treat mean tenants well.
