-The leader of HCME and his direct subordinates actively promote a toxic work environment that people who come from a MBB or corporate environment would almost certainly find to be abusive. -A very high risk transition, especially for MBB. 50% of new hires do not make it past the probation period. Another 25% are fired / resign after one year. Strong-willed, independent minded people are seen as a threat and pushed out of the company. Enter HCME at your own risk. -Extreme working hours. Sunday to Thursday at client site. Days start at 7:30AM and regularly go past midnight. -Consultants are pressured not to take vacation, and I have seen those who take vacation get forced out of the company.
