Flexibility is a culture and not policy ,they have minimum knowledge on what they say as "People first" . They need a lot of practice to reach there. (For few of the team ,not all ) . My experience is based on my boundaries and how they have handled me as an employee had shown a immense immaturity and selfish mind set . Lack of subject knowledge for specific team . Lack of management skills . Poor communication skills. Narrow mindset
