We conduct detailed performance appraisal processes twice a year and we are one of the few organizations that has half-yearly appraisals (performance evaluations+salary increment). We follow a very structured performance appraisal process to give timely feedback on strengths/weaknesses, which means there is a lot of emphasis given to make sure that we do justice to all the hard work that employees put in.
