      - The work itself is a bit disappointing, while onboarding to a project. The manager will tell us something and when we are actually working in the project we will know its not at all related to what they said

      Thanks for the review. Work is allocated to professionals based on projects and their skills. Nevertheless, bring this up to the Allocation or HR team so that they can address your concern.
