There is not work life balance in this company,if you are in bench allocation team will force you to join any project without acknowledging candidate requirements...lots of unpaid over time work. It's really hard to find the general shift project.Every project management agreed with client for late night shift without any shift allowance. Many projects people may felt that they are working as a slave under Deloitte USI. But these poor work culture came after Deloitte accusition.
