1. Even though senior leadership thinks company is a level playing ground, the mid management is toxic. Unless you create fake visibility for doing the most menial work or your Delivery Leader's favourite, you will not get awards or even recognised. 2. In spite of being process oriented and improving various things in the project and delivering on time, it is considered as "expected at the level" while others who are DL's favourites gets quarterly awards and spot awards for doing the most simplest of things which dont even contribute much to the project 3. Bell Curve is re-introduced by the new HR team and they force fit people into lower ratings even after delivering good results because they "have to" give some people low rating 4. Recently a "Product Master" literally verbally abused and insulted a group of employees in the presence of a senior leader and it was swept under the carpet 5. The company expects you to submit a self assessment during appraisal however, most manager dont even bother to read and review it and blindly rate employees based on what they "feel" the rating should be
