Many truly brilliant people work here, which contributes to the professional atmosphere. And people help each other. If you ask the right expert, he/she will share all their knowledge.

It's got a flattened hierarchy. To the point of a pancake. So you can grow technically, but very difficult to advance in the traditional sense. Bonuses and shares are a mystery. Job levels are peculiar (more secret flatness).
