Very large company with majority in canada and outside US. lots of large complex projects in fast paced environment with knowledgeable staff in specific fields. Lots of opportunity in many industries if you can travel frequently

Some projects with less resources and you feel overworked. No employee stock ownership. More experienced engineers leave after few years because of lack of competitive pay, lack of adequate resources. average benefits compared to other similar companies. lack of transparency into company performance and employee performance criteria is unclear
