People were good, office was clean and some good people in the main office in the UK.

Whatever it was, management was inept and did not expand the client base and relied heavily on 1-2 major clients. Invested a lot in marketing but not in substance and tried to convert their image to "consultancy" with no legit track record. Converted commission program to quarterly bonus so they could point to not meeting targets" as reason to stiff all; resulting in a mass exodus. Lost major client and quickly sold the company which had little value.
