Thank you for your 10 plus years of service to our organization! I appreciate your feedback. I certainly agree that we have the greatest people in the industry here at Edge. I respect your opinion on wages but I must disagree. We gladly reward hard work and typically compensate team members at above market rates. Fairness and meritocracy are key components of our compensation plan and we take pride in sharing our success through annual incentive plans. Again, thank for your years of service. We wish you the best in your next endeavor.

None come to mind. Some employees are nice people but are locked into this prison for life. If you just need that initial job to get a career going, then enduring 12 months max here is the only pro. But beware, the culture is extremely toxic, so get out before they break your spirit like they do to most others.

Incompetence and toxic narcissism; lacking ANY sort of true leadership! Too top heavy, only spend their time reviewing this site and only reward/acknowledges their 'dogs'....that is, the ones that still lick the very hands that beat them unjustly. An weird inbred type of nepotism is king here and if you don't drink their kool aid, then you are doomed!

Based on your feedback it sounds like it this was not a good fit for you, and it was probably best that you decided to move on from our agency. We have some of the greatest employees here, and they know how I feel about their dedication and hard work here at Edge. I don't agree with your feedback whatsoever, but I am happy that you've been able to move on to another company, and I hope your experience there is better for you. I will continue to lead our employees the best I can everyday - and I will always be here if anyone needs to address any concerns or feedback that they feel can improve us a whole.
