Not applicable to my situation

I really enjoy working at Haven and would recommend it to any of my friends/prior colleagues. The biggest pro would be the other members of the team. Everyone is extremely smart, hard working and easy to get along with. Nobody has an ego and the general culture is one of collaboration and support. The work is interesting - there are hard problems to solve and lots of opportunities to learn new things / tackle new challenges. As mentioned the other people on the team are all really sharp so while the work can be challenging it always feels fulfilling. Probably the best summary would be that I enjoy going into work. I have a lot of fun working with everyone here and I am constantly learning new things. The work is challenging but in a good way.
