Company needs to be more adaptable towards products based on demographics. For example, i live in a large beach community where Coastal Chic products and outdoor furniture are popular. Haverty's needs to allow local management to buy specific products that match the demographics. Also needs to provide sales reps with an hourly salary plus commissions due to extra work they take on for no wage.

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
