I got great sales training and an opportunity to learn software sales. I had good managers who challenged me to work harder and pushed me more and introduced me to how to be a better salesperson

The market competition is very intense and I was hired to develop new buisiness and I competed with my coworkers. hard to find accounts not already being handled but when i did the product almost sold itself and even though we competed the other salesmen were always helping out new guys like me.

Don’t be fooled by the interview promises of talk about “work-life balance” or “family values”, it’s strictly public relations. The reality is a severe double standard in leadership. This place is full of long tenure favorites regularly takes time off with zero notice and passing their workload onto others expecting them to drop their plans at a minute’s notice. If you are NOT one of the favorites and you take time off for a family emergency or personal illness, even if it’s unpaid, you are immediately placed on the chopping block under the guise of “structure reorganization.” Meanwhile the favorites do minimum work, continue to collect their bonuses and taking off whenever they want. If you value your career growth and life outside of work, avoid. All you get here is stagnation with zero room for growth.
