VP and Regional Sales Manager are super supportive from smaller company they work with. Always available and learned so much from them. Location is great. Property is newly renovated and still has so much potential.

I can go on and on. They violate many labor laws and would not be surprised if this hotel is union controlled in the future. This company is in mid-West and doesn't value experience in NY and NJ hotels they have. Many labor violations and unethical processes they force us to do. Benefits are horrible and you don't get paid for bonuses timely and at all. Owners and managers call you non stop and make everything an emergency. Sad atmospere because of that. They run the GM's with no minimal labor allowance resulting in no depth on the team to keep up.
