After 3 month probation, my duties changed to another industry sector. The one I was hired for they decided not to pursue. Internal turnover was 70% during my 1st year there. Toxic work environment, and a manager with no management training, who talked out of both sides of their mouth to please whomever they were speaking to at the time. I was then employed by a competitor where my career flourished and my job duties were what I signed on for.
