It used to be such a great company but it is not the place to be anymore. Hays has always been known to pay lower than other agencies but the people and culture used to make up for it. Now it’s like school with mini groups and clicks instead of one big team like how it used to be. I used to feel so at home, now I feel alone and isolated. In addition all the talent right up to Director level was either made redundant or left.
