Haystack is a brilliant place and like nowhere I’ve worked in the past. The whole team pulls in the same direction, all working towards the Haystack vision and contributing to making that happen. The open and inclusive culture means everybody is listened to and encouraged to make suggestions and voice opinions. There’s also a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in my role, meaning I’m trusted to make decisions without having to go through layers of management. Great social culture as well, nights out are always fun!
