Company has been going 7 years so it has a very established reputation and client base compared to some of its competitors. Commission structure is very good as is work life balance. Management team had a tough time in 2023 with the state of the market but gave excellent support. Team is fun and inclusive & theres lots of fun team events outside of work

Its was a tough year, clients were on freeze and job flow was tough so frustration started amongst the team. Extra training would help as there was a huge gap between the strong consultants and the weak that never got bridged

Good commission structure, no micro-management and access to some of the top Tech clients in NI as well as new FDIs. Management were very approachable and were flexible whenever needed.

Like every other Agency in tech recruitment, 2023 was a really tough year and maybe HH scaled a bit too fast (like the majority of tech companies). As the market stabilises, I'm sure they'll be firing on all cylinders again soon.
