- Low diversity - They have quite an informal working culture. Not a minus for me, but keep in mind. - Not all company "rules" are arranged and structured, which is common for many startups. This means freedom but sometimes it's a bit chaotic.

- A consultancy agency where there is a ton of contact between colleagues and we have lots of fun, it is almost like having a second family - We are always working with the newest and most interesting techniques of the moment - All employees are intelligent, creative and have a really strong drive - The company has a very clear and unique identity and hires only people that match with that identity - The employees make the company, the management only fulfills a serving / activating role - This company feels like home, I can honestly say I can not be persuaded to work elsewhere (unless its Blizzard Entertainment, but hey, we all have a weakness)
