- Poor leadership - have frequently felt like I’ve had to babysit my managers, but have never been fairly compensated with a promotion or raise for it. - Focus is on quantity, not quality - You will be expected to churn out work. You’ll get every other Friday off, but you’ll need it to recover from the hectic Mondays-Thursdays. - Too many cooks in the kitchen (at least before the layoffs) - Processes are disorganized and unnecessarily complicated. It takes forever to get things approved, which creates bottlenecks in our already-packed schedules. Not a good time to join - They just laid off 181 full-time employees and a lot of contractors. They are definitely in a transitional period. I wouldn’t recommend working there right now or any time soon.
