Great work life balance, Fridays is either a no meeting day or an off day every other week. Good benefits, relaxed environment. The leadership team seems very nice and caring.

So many incapable people, especially the middle managers and those you've been there for a while. These people hang out here for the pay and benefits, not because they believe in what they do. Managers want to control, don't delegate and have so many bad ideas. It's not a place to innovate even though they claim that they are. Some groups have exceptional people, but too many groups are very poor performers and create work for others. If you don't care about your career and just want a nice lifestyle, maybe this is the place. However, I think it will drive you insane after awhile.
