      Good salary, reasonable pension and private health insurance

      Senior Management do not care about staff, just targets and numbers. Bullying and harassment is rife, concerns about welfare are swept under the rug. Most customers are hostile to some degree. Nonsense micromanagement, training tells you to do one thing, when your work is audited you are then told something contradictory. Expected to keep up with various training modules but no time in work to do so, as you MUST MEET YOUR TARGETS, and so has to be done in personal time. Most of the time it feels like the left arm has no idea what the right arm is doing.

      The salary was decent, private medical insurance

      Svantaggi

      Literally everything else. Senior management are all "yes people" and snakes. Middle management toxic and clueless. "Feedback" from auditors is less than useless.

      Discrimination against staff is ride vile toxic work environment, backstabbingat every level, those protected under disability employment laws are victimised, hard workers are not valued, rubbish pay for admin, now all bonuses removed (still have friends that work there, not through choice but necessity) micro managed, goal posts continually moved, no support from any management, no compassion for anyone,
