      We could not believe what we were hearing. There's a pandemic that is getting worse by the day, and the CEO puts out a video that things are better. Then in a meeting, a senior leader is offering extra days and incentives for people to come in the office regardless of threat or personal comfort level. Other managers are saying they are being pressured to promote this.

People can genuinely bring their authentic self to work and can expect to have a positive work life balance. The work itself can be meaningful and there is never a dull moment.
