That is hugely important to us as a leadership team -- that every team member feel consistently supported in their pursuit of work-life integration. I also often schedule my meetings around my kids' activities, and hope every team member will feel that they have the trust of their management to make those personal decisions for themselves. I also agree that we can improve in our overall communication as a company, particularly between teams and functions.
