- The best mentors tend to be managers who are in meetings all day - Salary benchmark comparisons are very rigid, leaving many to feel as if their efforts of adding value are overlooked in favor of a benchmark. Eagerness to "go the extra mile" can diminish overtime because of this.

No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
