Thanks for sharing your feedback. I agree that being remote-first carries challenges, and we are always looking for ways to build more connection in such an environment. Please share your ideas! I also recognize that while economic realities are difficult, and as we balance being EBITDA positive, I am happy that we were able to offer raises to all of our team members this year, in line with the compensation data we receive from Radford.
