      The company has a noble mission to improve healthcare outcomes through the use of technology. It has a great culture of information sharing and transparency. Employees are generously compensation and the benefits are excellent as well.

      The company has a noble mission to improve healthcare outcomes through the use of technology; however, throughout the years it has struggled to identify the most appropriate technology leaving many engineers uncertain where to focus their time and energy, leading to frustration as technologies are learned and frequently never applied. Constant re-organizations leave many struggling to adapt to new teams, products and related technologies.

      Thanks for your thoughtful review. I am so glad we are living up to our operating principle of transparency. I agree we have had changes in strategic focus for our technology the last few years. We are working hard with many leaders to clarify our strategic priorities for 2024 and will continue to share our progress in our regular all team member meetings.       No process and a very autonomous culture. No team collaboration. No one knows what other teams are doing. Trying to expand in India, but it feels like we are two different companies—and there are no opportunities to grow. Titles and compensation do not change at all.
