Excellent Health Plan, but then again, they are a health facility. Free Membership to the gym. Personal time is accrued bi-weekly and can be used at employee's discretion. Educational compensation available, but you must stay for years after degree.

Great discrepancy between salaries of people with equal experience and education. Opportunity for advancement is rare and often times they hire outside the company - you have to be part of the clique - good old boy mentality. Even though management is reviewed, there never seems to be any change. The Peter Principle applies throughout this firm - people are advanced to their level of incompetence. Innovation is not encouraged or rewarded and thinking "outside the box" is frowned upon. Raises have been given and then taken back - yes this occurs regularly! Don't try to make any waves or complain about problems or you could be fired - this is especially true in the Maintenance Department in all facilities.

great coworkers, easy to transfer to other units

company wants to work you to death and not pay you for your worth. punish you for speaking out. ppl in charge have no idea what they’re doing.
