I have been at Health IQ for 3 months - in that time I have been above thankful that this opportunity was presented to me. I have worked in Staffing environments, Corporate and now start up - and Health IQ is above and beyond what I was expecting. It is full of intelligent, hard working people with a vision to improve the health of the world around them. And they are Committed to that! It's a start up - long hours are part of the territory, but it is rewarded by consistent shoutouts, free lunches DAILY, multiple workout options, and open communication when things change.. again, all part of start up culture. I felt like family within my first 2 weeks, and have continued to feel that way. Since Day 1, my voice has been heard and my opinions have been valued.
