-The usual cons of being an AmeriCorps member - low pay. -The office doesn't have windows.

Salary is okay I guess and remote work is flexible

Leadership is very unhelpful; folks at the bottom work the hardest but get paid the least; support is severely lacking; org does not put AmeriCorps members and their interests first like they should!
