Warehouse has air and heat, managment comes to the floor and actually helps catch up, and I like the team there.

They do make you work some saturdays and sometimes you have to work a 10 hour shift. But its cool because its not every weekend or everyday.

there are no Pro's. This company has the potential to be great, but from the director, to HR, to managers, to team leads, I wouldn't be surprised if the company is run into the ground before years end. Great, loyal, hardworking employees are tossed to the side like trash, while slackers, & people who are only there to get a check with no people skills elevate & are praised. Very discouraging.

HR lacks integrity, people skills, experience, easily intimidated & very bias and not trustworthy. A wrecking ball. The Director lacks integrity , Unfair, & self serving. You can be fired at the blink of an eye with no warning & no explanation.
