Fun working environment most days, and this is only due to the employees and co-workers. Nothing else.

Management is horrible and the main reason I quit. Too much favoritism and too much belittling. They will create lies and false scenarios about you & create an "improvement plan" to scare you. They hover over you if you dont take notes in meetings and will write you up if you make one mistake. Don't work here.

Overall, there is a nice culture at HOA, however management can and will make or break the experience each employee has. This place has potential, but my experience was less than ideal.

PAL is misleading and not as good as they make it seem. You start out with a decent amount of time per year, but you must use it towards holidays if you want that day off (even Christmas, etc). Job description was also quite misleading and role was much more complex than advertised. Management is MIA and gives little to no direction. My supervisor was unresponsive and leaves you hanging, causing multiple follow-up requests and uncertainty on how to plan, or even go about daily tasks. Training is not cohesive, and is hardly enough to get by in the role.
