Team work, decent pay, learned a lot

very busy, tough cases, lots of charting

8-5 Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends

Management is extremely micromanaging, no one is on the same page, and job descriptions are constantly changing. Too many middle managers and there is no incentive to move up. Those that have their job is either changed a year later or gone completely.
