Nice area. Nice staff and managers. Pays very well for not having a bachelor degree. Consistent hours. Great restaurants around company for lunch.

Not very many cons to consider while deciding to work at healthsmart. It's not extremely fast paced depending on your position so work may become a little monotonous and boring to some people.

Good experience learning about other departments if you decide to move up aka Claims, Authorizations, Etc, good pay for entry-level job.

Training is poor, lack of communication, you don't hear much from your managers, no encouragement, other departments are friendlier and they seem to have a more valuable team work environment than this department.
