Not many pros that I can think of, won't name the department I worked in but it was within their corporate office. The only pro I could think of was the receptionist was nice.

Terrible leadership with my department, not sure how current leader is still there. Was yelled at in front of peers for something minor and was kept in a state of fear for my entire time working there. Was afraid to ask for help because I was made to feel like a fool for asking. Was only told of the things I did wrong on my yearly review so I could have been doing something wrong for months without knowing it. The manager within the department had an inner circle where they gossiped about the other employees within the department who were not in the inner circle. Complete toxic environment was lied to multiple times on performance only to be yelled at later in front of everyone. I was very surprised that I wasn't given an exit interview to air out my grievances to hopefully help my experience not happen to anyone else.
