-very poor management -lots of micromanaging from your managers -lots of confusion with having multiple managers/supervisors, and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing -new hires are half trained and a lot is asked of you -very high quotas to meet with limited time -unexpected demands that are very unreasonable -you will not feel like your supervisor or trainer has your back, they do not validate your concerns at all

Work from home, flexible schedule

Inconsistent, dont give you enough work to make a decent amount, shady management
