Too many adversarial relationships among Sr. Leadership. Focus on assigning blame undermines collaboration. Their commitment to Diversity and Inclusion is selective and inconsistent. People and processes are shuffled back and forth between executive leadership, only to wind up right back where they were, resulting in avoidable turnover, lower morale, and a lack of confidence in Sr. Leadership that far outweighs any unrealized promises from the latest 'Savior'
