Healthily is continuing to build a solution that will make a genuine difference in people’s lives, which makes the work incredibly meaningful. The team is small, trusted, and collaborative, with open access to leadership and real opportunities to contribute. There is also a strong culture of transparency and openness, where team work is at the heart of everything.

The health industry moves slowly, which is not a reflection of Healthily, but can occasionally feel frustrating when trying to drive progress. As a small team, we are agile and able to move quickly on priorities, but capacity is naturally limited, so we cannot always take on multiple projects simultaneously.
