Healthvana is truly the sum of its parts - the people I get to work with day in and day out are what has made my job so enjoyable. Vision: As a company, Healthvana's vision is astronomical. What can seem like truly massive tasks are quickly and effectively tackled - almost always as a team. Through the emphatic and contagiously charismatic nature of the CEO, what seems insurmountable quickly becomes reality. The best part of the whole process being the people who benefit most are, as it should be, the patients. Team: Healthvana's blue sky thinking only comes to fruition through its dedicated team. Not only are they culturally and morally inclusive - every single person is from a unique background that, in turn, makes brainstorming and critical thinking one of the most vibrant of any company I've ever worked for. Heart: Whilst still only a small team - this company runs on heart. Every single employee believes in the collective mission. This shines through in everyones work and compounds to form an environment that can truly be creatively infectious.

Work load: Due to the small size of the company relative to its large ambition, there can be times where what is asked of you as an employee can be quite a lot. With smaller companies comes less succession planning and there can be transitory periods where you might be the only employee that knows how to do a critical task. In Healthvana's case, more often than not, pressure creates diamonds - in both performance and product. So whilst you may work some long hours to make sure things get out the door, you'll do it as a team and when you finish, you finish with a true sense of collective pride.
