The CEO lies. He promised servant leadership, an open door policy and grassroots marketing.
There is no servant leadership. Patients are extremely limited in things like appointment scheduling options. They can not have a morning appointment if they are having hearing aid issues. We have been told to train them to except an afternoon appointment. How do I train someone when their schedule doesn't allow for afternoon appointments. And with regard to servant leadership towards staff, the reality is we are told to shut up and do as you're told.
Open door policy is not real if you have a manager that writes you up for going over his head. When that happens the CEO does not care or get involved.
Zero grassroots marketing has been actually done in the last 2 years, unless you count health fairs which do NOT generate new patients.
The fake and empty promises is reprehensible!!
