There is zero room for advancement in pay or position within the building. Most people have been here for 20 years an aren't going anywhere and they can only afford to stay here because they are married and the spouses make more money and carry the health insurance for the family.

I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
