Old and very boring. Company is very old school in many ways. -Office fit outs are from the 80s. Company toilets are horribly old. The whole place could do with a refurbishment. -Payslips received on dot matrix paper delivered by HR personally...Hello, this is 2017, there is this thing called email and most payroll software can send emails. My family laughed when they saw the look of that payslip. They have never seen anything like that since the 80s. -Many people are working there for 20-30 years and just waiting for retirement. There are not many young people around. It has an ageing workforce. It is not appealing for younger workforce. -Workplace policies: breaks strictly at 10 am and 3 pm. Also the company shuts down for 2-3 weeks every Christmas and you need to use your leave balance for that which gives you limited leave opportunity at other times throughout the year. Monthly payments, not weekly.
