Vantaggi

easy work. And the projects are interesting once in a while.

Svantaggi

Bad leadership, late paychecks. No real training. Communication between CEO and his 5 employees is abysmal. There is no room for growth. Lies are constantly told to employees and to the businesses that are clients. Old technology in the building that constantly malfunctions. The work is easy but the amount of corruption, bad treatment of employees, and unorganized structure that you see day in and day out will drive you crazy after a while. I am not writing this to speak rudly or because of my one bad experience. I am warning eager job seekers or someone who could easily get manipulated...Please do not risk your well being and sanity working at this insane place. I do like some of the employees that have worked here as individuals, but the business is poorly run. And the owner is too blinded by his greed and ego to see it and make changes that would help his employees and the business in the long run.

Vantaggi

Here you are able to make a large impact in a small business, that helps make long term positive changes in the world of big business. Another plus of a smaller company is working more closely with the CEO and upper level management, which comes the opportunity to be noticed for quick advancement. I feel that my work is ethical and sound knowing that we present data objectively, without bias toward the customers anticipated outcomes. Free parking, good coffee, and clean offices also doesn't hurt.

Svantaggi

Being part of a small company comes with different challenges than when participating in a large corporate conglomerate. Not offering competitive group health insurance is unfortunate, but with the new health reform, income based stipends gives enough options for price/coverage for most people. Outside of the personal water cooler gossip that spreads like wild fire, there is just cons specific to Job roles and the expectations that come with the lower level positions including turnover. How ever this is an issue I have seen and experienced in many other companies large and small.
