Front desk was fun to be around people

I got this job through a friend and was grateful for it. While I didn't mind working there, the owner wasn't the best to work for and he only hired "pretty girls" to work for him.

The actual team I worked with was great. The HR woman was really good as well. Most of the people I worked with were amazing and I enjoyed the work. The owner and the marketing team were the main problems. Just wasting time and not bringing new business to the company but because the owner was so buddy buddy with these girls he was letting them run the company right into the ground.

The owner of this company is some thug looking guy that has no real clue how to run a business. I have never seen a turn over rate so high. I am talking three people a week. Just constantly.
