      - The environment is generally healthy and positive — people are friendly and easy to work with. - There are many senior staff who are super helpful and willing to guide you, so you’ll definitely learn a lot. - Flexible working hours and hybrid setup make it easy to manage both work and personal life.

      - Workload can get pretty heavy during peak times. - Internal communication between teams could be better. - A lot of work but the pay doesn’t really match the effort — kinda underpaid for the amount of responsibility. - Hard to get salary increments or adjustments, even after performing well.

      -Below market salary - fresh grade don't apply unless you have experience where you can demand. Even so, it still below market -No synergy and passion by top management to drive the business. -Top management seems like in their own world, enjoying their well paid perks.
