Low low pay, i was not paid even the industry standard for a JR position in the role for this region, massive lack of organization for my role - then they complain while trying to organize 'something', no procedures written, not professional immediate management-verbal rapid fire without allowing reply. No parking. Mgmnt does not want to hear ANY feedback. Did I mention the low pay?! Hire me as a nobody in the type of work etc. Then complain. Etc etc.
