      Unlimited PTO is nice but you never really stopped working, just switch to working near a pool.

      This company loves to look good on the surface, but fails to truly support their employees. Mandatory 3 days in office, lots of meetings that are redundant. Uncomfortable after hour "happy hours" that we are pushed to attend. Likes to switch up employee agreements when it works for them. Extremely low salary, horrible benefits (not worth it). Would not recommend this company unless you can afford no benefits, have no family and like to wake up and wonder if you will have a job.

      Accessible and responsive to contractor questions. Furnishes good intel regarding the contract client and role and assists with preparation for the contractor's interview with client representatives.

      Recruiters and account managers may be limited in providing contractors advance notice of contract extensions or terminations, as the client companies may not timely communicate their staffing intentions to Heitmeyer. This can contribute to gaps in contractor employment.
